• Associate Professor in School of Energy and Environment at the City University of Hong Kong
• Research interests mainly focus on electrical and electronic engineering, including electric machines and drives, electric vehicles and electric aircrafts, electric robotics and electric ships, power electronics and wireless power transfer, and renewables and microgrids
• RFS project — to develop novel breeds of advanced electric machines and power drives for electric propulsion in electrified transportation and electric robotics with various new topologies, operation principles, design criteria, control strategies, and implementation patterns
• Awards and Honours:
  • RGC Research Fellow (2022)
  • Distinguish Lecturer of IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (VTS) (2021)
