• Associate Professor in the Academic Unit of Human Communication, Development, and Information Sciences, Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong
• Associate Dean (Research Higher Degrees) in the Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong
• Research work focuses on two main objectives: to systematically develop and evaluate theoretical based instructional strategies/models that could engage learners in online and blended-learning environments, and to investigate knowledge sharing in online communications
• RFS project — to develop an innovative chatbot-supported recommender system to support student self-regulated learning and social presence in online activities
• Awards and Honours:
  • RGC Research Fellow (2022)
  • Excellent Paper Award at the 14th International Conference on Blended Learning (2021)
  • Faculty of Education Outstanding Research Student Supervisor Award (2020)
