- Research interests include Asymmetric Catalysis, Sustainable Green Chemistry, and Medicinal Chemistry
- SRFS project — aims to create a versatile platform for rapidly designing and generating chiral phosphine ligands, supported by computational and data-driven innovation. By accelerating both design and synthesis, this platform will enable the discovery of catalysts for challenging asymmetric transformations and shortens development cycles. Beyond chemistry, its impact extends to pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, materials science, and environmental and sustainable technologies.

汪君教授荣获研资局高级研究学者计划支持,资助研究项目《基于不对称氢官能团化反应的手性膦配体设计与模组化构筑》。本研究旨在寻找简洁、直接且模块化途径,用以构建高价值的手性膦化合物。亦会致力建立一个多功能平台,在计算化学与数据驱动创新的协助下,快速设计与合成手性膦配体。
汪教授为香港浸会大学化学系教授,她的研究兴趣包括不对称催化、绿色化学和药物化学,致力于连接基础科学创新与实际应用。
汪教授的学术能力获得多项荣誉肯定,包括2017年荣获Thieme化学期刊奖和亚洲核心计划讲座奖。2022年,她当选香港青年科学院院士。2024年,获日本学术振兴会短期邀请研究员计划,以及香港浸会大学首届杰出研究成果奖。除研究工作外,汪君教授始终积极投身学术服务工作,自2014年起持续担任中国化学会女化学家委员会委员,推动STEM领域的女性发展。
