Associate Professor in Department of Finance at the The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Research interests cover climate finance, behavioral finance, household finance, social finance, and the Chinese economy
RFS project - to conduct a comprehensive study to understand the beliefs and actions of four basic units of the economy, including governments, individuals, institutions, and corporations, in response to climate change. The project team will investigate the interactions between these economic units in terms of beliefs and actions. They will explore whether and how attitudes and behaviors align across different groups

气候变化是全球面临的重大挑战。应对气候变化需要政府、个人、机构和企业的集体努力。高教授计划与合作者一起进行一项全面的研究，以了解包括政府、个人、机构和企业在内的四个基本经济单位应对气候变化的信念和行动。研究团队将研究这些基本经济单位在信念和行动方面的相互影响和作用。团队还将探讨他们的态度和行为是否以及如何一致。团队的研究重点是中国的气候问题。中国是全球温室气体排放量最高的国家（《联合国气候变化框架公约》）。因此，中国在缓解气候变化威胁方面发挥着至关重要的作用。为了应对气候变化，中国政府承诺在2030年之前实现碳达峰，在2060年之前实现碳中和。研究团队的项目将增进人们对中国气候问题现状的了解，还将有助于人们解决气候挑战中的关键问题，并为未来应采取的步骤提供有价值的建议。

高教授的研究涵盖气候变化、行为金融学、家庭金融和中国经济等领域，具有多方面的影响，并发表在顶级的财经学术期刊上。

为了表彰高教授的研究表现和影响，香港中文大学授予了高教授 2020-21 年度研究卓越奖。
