  • Professor of Faculty of Education at the University of Hong Kong
  • Research focuses on how feedback processes are implemented to promote effective student learning.
  • World-leader in feedback research in higher education and one of the most cited scholars in this sub-field. His work has been cited more than 12,000 times as at September 2021 with an H-index of 46.
  • Contributed more than 70 journal articles and chapters; and published five books, mainly with Routledge the leading educational publisher. He has delivered more than 20 Keynote speeches in the last five years at a variety of international, regional and local events.
